easy fix
its an abuse of the messanger system built into XP, easy to disable, you don't need it anyway.
go to control panel --> admin tools --> services ---> scroll down to 'messanger' double click on it, select disable, disable on startup etc... problem fixed.

it's the type of messaging service, XP go that built in, to stop these anoying Windows popup (NOT IE Popup) go to
Control Panel ->Administrative Tools->Services
Scroll down where it said Messenger, double click it, then choose Stop + Disable it.
That should do it and you'll never see these anoying popups again, it's not just endads, there're many others aswell. They are annoying.
