I'm on www.cnn.com right now and it looks like they've bought three stagnant banners on the CNN home page!

I guess so.
I was upset a few months ago when a lot of their router didn't route our peer traffic. Funny thing was that the Earthlink DNS traffic goes through those routers...so all the Earthlink customers taking that route were SOL for a few days.
