I think the argument about these virtual women looking too unrealistic and it's making real women feel bad about themselves is BS, cause like the exhibition curator said, "this is no different to the "hyper-reality" of manufactured pop bands and airbrushed celebrities which are so far removed from normal people anyway."

And the thing about making real looking 3D women reminds me of Bladerunner.
