i go to pennstate for information science, and technology. i am in a java class right now and i am having alot of trouble writing my midterm project. i have to right a program that is similar the PA lottery system. if anyone knows this shit and would be alright with helping me out. it would be GREATLY appreciated

would this just generate 5 or 6 numbers from a pool of 1-4x(whatever)?

i'm hatin java right now, we had to convert plain text into html (converting tags and such)

Now we're writing a brain to play tetris

 

well the user is supposed to enter 5 numbers 1-10. and hten the program will randomly generate 5 numnbers 1-10. the it just had to check to see if they match, and how many match. but the first number in the list is like a keyball, it must match in order for you to win.

 

ugh! im in my 1st year of IS&T and im having trouble sorting arrays. yikes.

 

What year are you in?

If you're having problems with a program as simple as that then you should seriously reconsidering your current path of education as well as future career paths relating to computer programming.

 

I'm EE and I had to take it last year. I didnt learn a lot and got a friend to help me on the final project. It's tough, you are not alone.
