BBS RGR came stock on the Mazda RX-7 Spirit-R. So it's not like they don't go on Japanese cars.

Still, I'd get the SSR Comps.

 

I am concerened about them for daily driving though. I almost bought wheels last year but instead bought other crap for my car but when i did research then i heard people were having problems with them denting i think on a miata forum. If i were to go 17s i would probably need to go to a numerically higher aspect ratio than say 40s i am assuming. What would be a good size, i was thinking 215/45 but i think they might be slightly too wide. Maybe i should just scrap the bbs and go ssrs with a 16inch diameter.
