What's a Hmong? I know it's slang for something, but what is the translation?

 

i heard a hmong is a mountainous person from the land of laos/cambo/thailand but i'm not sure u might want to ask snoopy i hear he's a hmong

and yes, hmong is a nation of peoples which are from the southeast asia. they are said to have come from mongolia centuries ago, hence the name hmong. currently there are more hmong in america than anywhere else. iirc, the hmong are allowed to emigrate to america w/o restrictions, because of the role they played in the vietnam war.
