for songs that have been released since 2001 then use mIRC(if you don't know how to use that then follow this guide http://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=615782 ).......bit torrent is also good for songs/albums released since 2000 ( use suprnova.org for the torrent files and use Shadow's Experimental bittorrent client 5.8.5. ) for songs released 2000 and before then kazaa lite or winmx is usually the best. remember to use the latest release of kazaa lite as it provides the best security from RIAA

Do you have AOL?
Cuz AOL has a library of all the recent CD releases. They also have a bunch of songs cataloged.

if you have Cox I know you have access to the news groups for free. The new groups have everything you need full albums at 192KB with scan of the CD, Software, info, etc...
You need a program called grabit.exe in order to download the binary files and decode them so your computer can understand what they are.
You can browse the new stuff that has been posted here http://www.newzbin.com, so you don't have to look all over the servers

I thought you could get in trouble for downloading music unless you pay. There been alot of law suits towards people that downloaded alot of music. That is why I don't download music anymore
