Default HKS Turbo Timer problem

This was emailed to me from my friend. we installed his TT on Tuesday. Can you guys read this and help us out

yo.. check it:

TT is working... but when take the key out the car.. it sort of stutters a bit, and tries to shut off... but then the TT kicks in and stops it. I've spoken to other fools on the boards, and their TT's are completely seamess. when they shut it off, you cant even tell you took the key out.. its just a smooth transition. argh!! i'm going to check the parking brake splice to make sure its clean. any other ideas?

Perhaps the stock alarm is interfering with the TT? Checking the e-brake wire would be ideal also. I don't know how those Nazi cars work.
