I don't think a mother and son can have a child. I think the human body realizes the genes are so similar that it will basically abort the fetus after so many months.

I think its entirely possible. but the mixture of the same or similar genes causes birth defects such as mental retardation and badd stuff like that, iterbreeding is not cool.
