I tried lactaid..
I went to a mexican restaurant the other night w/ my girl and our friend.. Our friend is lactose intolerant and when i was omplaining about what mexican food does to me, she told me to take one of her lactaids. so i did before i ate. but within about 10 minutes of finishing my dinner, i had to run to the restroom.

Might be the spices and not the lactose.
I can't do straight milk and have to limit myself with certain dairy. I tried the Lactaid pills but it doesn't work for me
