I live in Memphis. The countys around me dont even do inspection. My friend's subdivision was annexed by Memphis so now he has to do inspection. sucka.

wned: Thats the main reason I moved to TN was to avoid inspection and insurance then they started the damn insurance thing., (guess I need to get some soon.)

The MD emissions test is super simple. They inspect the gas cap for leaking, the muffler for rust, then test the car for emissions. That's it. Loud, quiet, they couldn't care less.
