so i was driving around town and noticed a black integra in fron of me... i got a little closer and noticed it was a type R. Now the only black itr around here has turbo on it.So he stoped to take a left and i pulled next to him and smoked out 1st, just screwing with him.He then pulls behind me and gets on my ass, so i pul over in a parking lot and we stop and talk a bit, he showed me his engine and i have never seen anything like it. I asked what he puts to the wheels and said it dyno'd at 410 to the wheels and has a 9-1 compression ratio.Is this possible??? he also told me that the car has 36k into it , including price of the car which was around 20kish. He told me his brothers si walks him, and he just bought a evo and he is selling his itr for 20k... so anyone that wants a 410 hp type for 20k contact me.

 

What do you mean you've never seen anything like it?? What was the diff between it and other Type R's bro?? 410 with lowered compression running high psi on an F/I setup...ya its possible,sure why not :thumbup: Must have alot of custom work done to the engine also. Prop a shot of nos too. However he's probibly lying to you. That would be alot of work. Look at everything Westcoast has done to his B18C and then decide. He's done alot and he's pushing a very good mount to the wheels. With alot of time/money and effort.

yea well he didnt have nos, he popped his hood and i checked it out said he spent 15k into the engine and did not do any of the work himself, i didnt really get to ask too many questions because he had to go to work, he owns the local pizza place lol. I dont really believe him though because he said his brothers car walks his and i have seen his car its blue civic si with some 17 inch wheels. If he was really that fast he would know to get rid of the 17's for more power. all i noticed when he popped his hood was a full custom turbo, msd ingniton, str fuel rail and regulator and that was it he had it only open for a few secs not to mention the b18c5.

410hp on that motor is possible. On your 93 octane I'm not sure. Just because his brother has 17"s doesn't mean he's slow. Then again, you're not even sure if that's his brother's car.
