What would you save in an emergency?

Remember, you only have 2 hands. And lets say... 30 seconds. Other than family members and pets, what would you grab if you thought you could never come back to your house.
I have a bunch of my grandma's old photos that I've been meaning to scan, so I'd be worried about those as their the only copies of some very old photos. Aside from that, I'd probably grab some documents out of our file cabinet (birth certificates, marriage certs, etc) and my external hard drive as it has every digital picture I've ever taken on it, going back probably 12 years.
Other than those, I can't think of anything that isn't replaceable, or that I could live without.

I have a place where all the important documents are (SS card, ID, cash, passport, pink slips...). I would grab that, then probably my handgun and my bag with emergency stuff. Maybe snatch up my external HDD too.
