to answer the question of how it has two intercoolers.
just like the TT with the 225hp engine. it's inline. there is one that cools the air certain amount then it goes to a second cooler that cools it further before going into the engine.

yes I believe they are. I remember reading about the engine and they said it was an inline setup, similar to the TT
