How do i get warning points reduced?

i just got another one.... 31/35 til im gone...

i just wanted to know if they ever go down after a period of time, or what can i do to get them reduced?

was that last one for the paper bag picture? if so that wasn't worth a warning point for flamming....

anywho, i think the warning points should be referenced...okthankskbye

step 1: stop doing stuff that warrants points
step 2: wait until a specified date until they disappear
