pickle on the side is key.

i feel like the cheese and ketchup hide the taste of the meat and fresh veggies.

Med rare, thick, lots of salt pre-cook to bring out the most juices/flavor, lettuce, tomato, pickle, sharp cheddar or blue, butter seared egg roll, and a side of fries.

Cooked at least to medium, not worried about the meat but the fillers are filled with carriers and should be heated to at least 150 to kill germs.

Cheese
Mushrooms
Onions
Mustard
Is my most regular lineup but sometimes bacon and avacado as well.

Medium well
Cheese (preferably American..sometimes cheddar) Lettuce, tomato, mayo. Sometimes onion. And only seasoning it needs is salt and black pepper
If it's cooked over a flame, one thick patty. If it's cooked on a griddle, two thinner patties.

Hamburger shouldn't have any fillers. Just meat and fat.

Medium well, slice of cheese, bacon, tomato, and BBQ sauce.

Though sometimes I'll get something completely loaded.. Quaker Steak and Lube had the loaded magna fry burger, and Red Robins Whiskey River BBQ burger is tasty. There is a local joint that has a good mozzarella burger with bacon and BBQ sauce.

Somewhat related note.. I love steak from Smokey Bones.
