Update:
So it looks like they are going to total the car and let me buy it back if i want!
The adjuster assistant came by and took pictures and pretty much told me to start looking for a new car.She wanted papers on the GSR Motor I told her that back in 05 some one from wawanesa came out and took pictures of the engine and receipts.
I do have the receipt for the engine but i have no ideal where i put it.
I'm looking at a couple of EP3 civics Right now!
