Default Short Shifter

This is for you basement whores who don't visit Civic 92+. I need your guys/gals opinion and help. Here is my question from my other thread. Thanks for you help.

I am in the market for a short shifter. I went to a local shop here in SLC (Regulate) to price how much they wanted one for. I was hoping that my fellow HAN peeps would give me the or on these prices and types. Here is what they quoted me:

Skunk @ -- $150.00
Tanabe -- $59.00

Remember that this is without install and for the polly urthrane bushing its another $10-$15 bones. So I know that the Skunk 2 is better but I can't work with that price right now. So what are your thoughts about the Tanabe? Also are these good prices for them? Thanks guys.

i've seen the skunk2 on ebay for 100....at inlinefour, it's 113 (and they're high priced). i'd get the skunk2 dual bend... you can find it cheaper than 150.

Does that Skunk2 come with the knob also? Cuz they are supposed to be used together since they are counterweighted.
