Looking into a 96 Civic EX coupe with 86k mi. Asking is 6k obo. I've yet to look at it, but wanted to get some input from others if this is a good price. Car is not for my by the way.

Nah, it can't be modded. It's just a daily driver for someone else.

mine was 8something, w/ 54000mi. and its a 97, had it 2 years now.

 

Unfortunately, when we went to check it out, there was a guy and his son that was already looking at it and they were offering the full 6k. I was planning on asking for less than that. I know that he's just planning or ricing that car out too...
