Get home at 6:30pm
Eat dinner between 6:30 and 7:30
Watch some tv till 9 or 10
Workout at 10 or so, drink protein shake
Take a shower at 10:30 or 11pm
Watch some tv or go on the net till @ 12pm.

pick up the kid
home around 6ish
eat dinner hopefully before 7 (usually 7:30)
hang out with the kid until bed time (or bath time)
kid in bed around 8:15-8:30
watch tv on the couch while wife falls asleep on the couch until around 10:30
go to bed

If I have to be in the shop, I start after the kid goes to bed until 12-1am.

When in office...
1. Leave the downtown Chicago office anywhere between 5 and 6pm
2. Walk 1 mile (about 12 city blocks) to the train station
3. Sit in the 2nd car from the front (the "quiet" / no talking car)
4. Open my laptop and work on music
5. Ride a train for about 1 hour
6. Get off the train and walk to the parking deck
7. Drive 15 minutes home
8. Walk inside, take my shoes off
9. Head to the kitchen, eat anything
10. Head upstairs and change into gym clothes
11. Head to the gym
12. Work out for 45 to 60 minutes
13. Go home, shower
14. It's now around 9pm, so either play Halo or do something stupid online
15. Go to bed around midnight

- Round trip driving to / from the train station, 30 minutes
- Round trip going to / from Chicago via rail, 2 hours
- Round trip walking to / from the office, 30 minutes

If anyone's wondering, I work in the building that lights up like a diamond.
