well right now, all they give you is an "employment inquiry card" which you fill out then they send to the headquarters i suppose.
all it says is to fill out name, address, position (only one on there) and the shift times you can work, phone number and i think that's it.
just finding stuff out and taking precautions before hand
technically i haven't even applied.

 

I dont know anyone who has worked there for more than 6 months. The pay is alright but handlers have a quota to fill.

My brother works for UPS, so to answer your questions:

1: Pay's around $250 a week. You can only start part time. Those with senority ,become full timers down the road.

2: Yes, UPS is Unionised.

3: Yes, the benefits are pretty damn good.

4: No, they do not take drug tests.
