I go caffeine free on the weekends and I feel like a zombie.

Man, you're good about it.
I just can't go to bed. In the back of my head, I always have something to do ... so
- Monday, I'm up till 1am. Tuesday morning, I'm drinking a 5-Hour Energy.
- Tuesday, I'm up till 1am. Wednesday morning, I'm drinking a 5-Hour Energy in the morning and another one at Lunchtime.
- Wednesday, I'm up till midnight. Thursday morning, I'm half dead
(repeat)
Ugh
I just can't go to bed. In the back of my head, I always have something to do ... so

I drink coffee black with sugar, 2 or 3 20oz cups a day.
I rarely brew it at home though for some reason.

I drink coffee 2-3 times per week...maybe 1 red bull a week. I just got into Mio energy. I like them a lot. I am out now but I think I will get more soon. I like that you can add a lot or a little depending on the mood you are in.
