part identification
I have a quick question for everybody
a buddy of mine wrecked his car and needs to replace a certain part found in the first picture courtesy of this Ingalls camber kit install
https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...ilover+picture
Its the arm right in front of the coilover sleeve and spring and attaches to the upper control arm. It connects the UCA to the axle itself. It has the perch with the castle nut and cotter pin.(If you need more specifics, let me know)
I've looked in a Hayes manual and it doesnt say what that part is called which is where I need your help. What is that part called so we can order?
Thanks!!

The upper ball joint? You'll need to buy the whole upper control arm assembly.
As far as I know you can't get just an upper ball joint. Even if you could, it's probably such a pain in the ass to change, I've only just changed the arm. Just shell out the 100$ or so and get a new arm.

you can get just the knuckle alone, would cost the same as a full knuckle assembly from the junk yard... save yourself the work.... :slap: up to you....
