I was thinking about how I want to restore my car's body after I do soem things such as an engine swap, wheels, etc. I think I want to paint it a very glossy black, I don't want to paint an of teh plastic trim and I don't care about door jambs, engine bay, etc. I don't want anything shaved off either.

I think that I will need at the very least to buy a new passenger fender and maybe door panel, might have to replace driver's side fender as well. Also a new rear bumper might help. I also need a new sideskirt thing that runs on the bottom of the car from wheelwell to wheelwell. Most of my weatherstripping has gone to shit and all or most of it will have to be replaced. Is it possible to just make the plastic trim going down the sides of the car to the bumper look good again or should I replace that too? I don't know whether all of these are worth fixing or replacing so enlighten me please.

I will post pics to get some opinions. This prolyl won't happen in the near future but I want ideas af approx. cost and wheter I need to replace some of my body panels.





May have to replace that metal piece running under my taillights, no idea what it's called.

Those are the pics I could find, there is some rust that is not as bad on the driver's side rear wheelwell. There is a large dent at the top of the driver's side fender. The pics show the major bodywork that will need to be done.

I doubt this will ahppen in the near future, not at the top of my list of things to do. Any ideas, help, or approximate prices would be appreciated, I can find body part prices if necessary.
