Someone left a door ding on my car. The ding isn't bad, but they left red paint on the car in the process. I lightly used rubbing compound over the surface, but I should have known better. Black is a bitch.

A small area looks faded now. Think I'd be able to blend it by buffing/burning the surrounding area?
