Based on appearance/cosmetics alone... Hell yeah, they're small! (Particularly when they have a prominent lip) If the spokes of the wheel blend into the lip well (ie. Kosei K1 wheels), a 15" wheel will appear to be 16". Since I don't see a body kit listed in your mod list, 16's should suffice. Even better, ultra-lightweight 17's will do nicely. Unfortunately, ultra-lightweights are usually forged which means they cost a grip. (ie. SSR/Volks/etc.)
Personally, I would go with the 16" C8's. Are these Rotas by any chance!?

it really depends on the car, from a "looks" prospective. small cars like CRXs look great with nice 15s. but i like 16s myself for civics or my teg. but you cant go wrong with either.

ill go w 16s with 40 series tires so they look big and they dont mess with your speed gauge and you dont loose all that power traying to spin those big diameter tires well check out mine at the bottom and i know i know i need to drop it lol:thumbup:

if i could do it again, i would get 15inch C8 instead of 16s. if you have a really nice drop (2.25 like myself) then 15s would look good, 16s would be fine too..w/e you like.

Red or gold (not real Fort Knox gold, numbnuts) rims + red car =

15's are beautifully functional... tires can be a bit less than larger rims, which means you can drive harder for less... heh...

In all seriousness, 15's are beautiful if your car is a daily driver 'cause the ride is a bit smoother, even with a drop... 16's on the other hand are a nice compromise between looks, weight, & how it affects acceleration... but I guess that's just my opinion...

you really can't go wrong with 15's or 16's, just make sure that they are of a decent weight as not to slow the car down for the sake of looking good...
