I was just wondering if anyone has done their own paint job. I plan on doing mine, but I don't want to paint just the outside. I want to redo practically the whole car. I know how to take care of the outside, but what about inside the car. (under carpet since my interior is stripped). How do I go about painting the interior without getting it all over the dash, etc... Technical advise would be helpful here. Also, what about engine bay... I understand yanking the motor out, but what about hoses and what not...

Also, what color would you guys suggest. Give me your opinons. I do want to do an easy color. No really confusing mixed colors like champagne (spelling). I am considering black, but friend with eg already has that color. Others to suggest. Color scheme as well. (seats red with black paint job).

some deep, dark, blue with red seats?
championship white with red seats?
phenix yellow with black seats?
polished aluminum sliver with black/grey seats?
then you can always be like your friend,my friends teg and mine are both black.

 

what do you think about a metallic blue with yellow accents and yellow seats?

 

i think i have thought about that before,but i don't think it would look good-that's my opinion.might look good though,i'd have to see that one.
