Default RHD conversion

Has anyone in here done it? If you have, is grafting in the JDM firewall really nescessary? Or can you get away with using your car's firewall, and just cut out/drill out the nescessary holes for things such as the heater hoses, ect. ect.... I have never really looked into doing this conversion, so pardon my noob-ness. h:

Kinda.

A guy I knows bought a full front clip. But from the sound of it, he is only going to use the stuff to do an engine swap. So I was pondering what it would take to convert my Sol. He got the dash, pedals, I think the guage cluster. Hell, the steering column still had a key in the ignition.

since he has the front clip you could cut your front end off and put the clip on and weld it back together but i dont recommend that.....another way is to cut the firewall out and weld that ***** to your car...

Ugh....from the sound of things, it is going to require major major modification. I was hoping I could do without any MAJOR cutting and welding. I don't have a problem with adding a hole here and there to make way for heater hoses, the steering column, ect... But cutting out my existing firewall is too much.
