To those that have spoon style mirrors, or vision technica mirrors that has the blue tint on them, I was just wondering, is the blue tint just like a film (like window tint) that could eventually come off if you scrubbed hard enough, or is it actually implemented into the glass?

Was just curious as one of my mirrors got damaged and was thinking of going with these vision technica mc mirrors instead of stockers.

 

i believe it is in the glass. i had mine for a good 5 years already and is still blue tinted.
