does any one if you can buy an rsx front end conversion kit for a 2000 integra?

No.

1. The front end sheet metal won't fit without thousands of dollars in custom fabrication and body work.

2. Fiberglass DC5 fenders would be easier to work with, but the end result will look like shit.

3. Fiberglass fenders are prone to cracking at the slightest hit and the end result will look like shit.

4. Conversions and "hybrid" body mods have been played out since 1999. When compared to the beauty of the stock DC2 Integra... the end result will look like shit.

The only reason why I asked is because I crashed it and have to get new front end parts and was thinking about trying something new. any ideas?

Not in any way.

There are only a couple thousand JDM whores sporting a JDM DC2 front end now. Personally, I fail to see the appeal in paying thousands to turn a gorgeous OEM front end into something resembling a CD5 Accord.
