Does anyone know how much a paint job will cost for my CRX? it will need to have the paint on there now sanded off cuz the guy that had the car before me put a coat of spray paint on it to change the color... the body looks pretty straight though and no rust and i was thinking of just getting it painted black.

 

for a good job if you look around i would say $1000. i got quoted from an performance shop who also does paint/graphics $1630 with engine bay painted as well.

 

it depends on the area i got quoted today $600 for a complete color change but i do have to strip it myself and roll-in the shell to the shop. they said add another $300 if i want them to strip it but i rather do it myself. they did my old lowrider it was a really good job.
