Painting a Black Lip??
is it necessary to paint my front and rear lip even though my car is black?
(it's abs plastic and like a plastic black)

I agree. Especially in direct sunlight, the difference is really obvious between a painted black and black plastic.

I would paint it if the car would be yellow..... (Like a '93 Mazda RX7, comes in championship yellow mica buy they all have a black lip on it's bumpers) or any other color that makes the lip viewable.

Are the lips flat black while your car has a shine to it? If so, id paint it if I were you.
