G3 tegs are rounded and the G2's are squared, a conversion would look like ass and the lines would not flow well at all.
Now if you took the front end of a 3rd Gen JDM integra and grafted it to a G2 teg while keeping the G2 fenders so that the body lines are kept intact, and swapped the front end of the hood and bumpers to match the headlights and get everything lined up as it should; That my friend is a conversion worth doing.

I have also been looking into this i have a 92 integra ls. so all these parts will just bolt up? there wont be any gaps or anything? i was going to do it partly cause my hood and left fender are damaged somewhat beyond just a paint job fix. so i was going to get both fenders replaced and the bumper and hood but if i replace the bumper and hood and lighst if i get some aftermarket fenders will those bolt up if there for like a 98 integra to my 92?

If you're reffering to 3rd Gen integra parts on a 2nd Gen integra then the answer is NO, they are not a bolt on replacement and are not interchangeable.
That would be a completely custom fabricated job.
