Default Rotor problem

On my 91 crx si my back brake rotors are kinda rusty colored. How do I fix that, just sand it down and what kind of paint do i use?

dont sand, and dnot paint.. lol.. just go take them to a local shop, get em cut or just buy new ones. dont cut. but rust wont hurt.

Never do anything to your brakes like that. Either get them turned like vlc92189 said or buy new ones...they don't cost that much.
