If you want it off right now. Your going have to sand it off with DA sander or by hand w/ 180 or 400 grip sand paper. Then spot paint it. But that could be costly to do it right. Use the finer grade sand paper first.
just get a spray bottle filled with windex...spray the area...razor blade it.
