I was wondering if these give off a nice look in projector headlights? Also does it gives off a nice white/blue light? Next, does it have any cutoff? thanks

 

cut off would have to do with projectors and if they suck or not. silverstars are all over the forum.

when i didn't have hid's i liked my silverstars

 

I have Silverstars-- they are very white almost to an extent of a small blue tint but I've also heard a lot about PIAA bulbs. Can anyone verify if they are whiter or bluer than Silverstars? Also one more question. I cannot find PIAA bulbs in any stores nearby ... are the only stores that sell them online? Thanks.
