Default Lambo doors...

Anyone ever bought those 400$ kits from ebay?
Coz investing in a 1200$ set isnt exactly my idea of budget :P

I heard a lot of problems associated with lambo style doors, especially with the 'cheaper' models. And the more expensive models require heavy modification for it to fit and work on the car.

Either way, I would advise in not getting any kind of 'lambo door' kit. It would most likely cause unnecessary problems and it'd be like throwing your money away. h:

The cheap kits aren't designed with safety and daily functionality in mind.

So im guessing it works to a fairly good degree.
and 93EX... lol and H22s belong in preludes not accords... but people drop them in all the time
GSRs in civics... and no one ever complains about that. If u believe in this then i will not trash ur philosophy on lambo doors on other cars.
Swaps r for performance... conversions r for style...
differnt idea, but same concept :P

I have the Decah kit. Bolted on fairly easily, didnt line up exactly on the door portion but pretty damn close. Cheap ones are universal and take lots of work to get to align properly from what i have heard.

And if this car is your daily driver i think you will regret the lambo doors, yes they draw a ton of attention from all kinds of people but it becomes a real PITA when everytime you go anywhere lifting and lowering the door.
Also they are extremely sensitive to being dropped, within a week of installing mine my buddy didnt listen when i told him he had to carry the door down and let it drop on accident well it bounced like a basketball and got knocked out of alignment causing me to have to rip off the fender later on and realign the sag adjuster screw.
