I wanted to jot this down before i go to sleep this morn. I I hab a slight idea but dont kno. On headlights with seperate high and low beam bulbs. I was asked and was confused caus ei did not know either. On the low beam bulb in the headlight there is , on all i seen, sum kind of capsule that covers the tip or front portion of the buld. Wut is that there for anyway? The high beam sides never has this , so why does the low beam have it. Is it there to help reflect the light?

Yes glare to oncoming drivers. If your car uses 9006 bulbs for the low beam and 9005 for highs, you can modify the 9005 bulb to fit the 9006 socket and have a little better output compaired to stock.
Here is a discussion on the "9006/9005" conversion.
