what size do you plan on wrapping them in? I am leaning towards ney only because of the size of the rim (17x7) I like the design though.

It is lowered via H&R springs and tokico 5 way adjustable shocks. Hopefully the ride won't be too harsh.....

I plan to buy some wheels too, but I dont want to lower my car (my gf cant drive a lowered car), then what is the most ideal wheel size and tire size for accord 98 i4?
