Default Advice. 15" or 16" Rims?

Alright guys, I know its not a Honda, but I would like some advice on my Corolla. I currently am running some 14" rims. I want to go to a bigger size and gunmetal, possibly with a polished lip. I was wondering what rims you guys would recommend and if I should go with 15s or 16s. Thanks, I appreciate any help you guys can provide. Im also awaiting the flames I may be getting

Here is pics of the rims that are on now:

Car looks good for a Corolla. Simple and clean. I would get some 15's but the wheels u have on now look just fine imo.

If you're going to get something with a polished lip (or any kind of lip for that matter, you should opt for the 16" wheel. Like civics, the wheel that you're looking for would be a 16x7" wheel with at least a +40mm offset.

Since the wheel well of a Corolla are a little more forgiving than a civic, you could mate those wheels with 205/45/16 and shouldn't have any problems.

Getting a 15" wheel with a lip would look like the 14's that you have now.

the 15x7 konig rewind with a fat lip. not sure if u can put deep lip wheels on a corolla but if u can these would look sweet.
