There are no touring Skylines. All are frontend converted Nissan Stagea's.

what kinda horsepower on that one? i found a video of one that makes 1000 and damn near flies off the dyno!

This one have a stock engine with two tiny turbos and 280HP A stock engine can handle 350-400hp without modifications.
