currently: green(97 civic lx), white rims, 28% plat. tint. body is stock.
there are too many green 4 bangers in town, plus i got some minor body work to fix. So i wanna paint it.
current ideas: white, dark blue(like the accord color), electric blue, bright orange, or black.

 

I'd keep it one of the stock colors. So from what you just listed either white or black

 

im thinking white, but i might get it re-tinted when i get some money. from plat. to black.
