well, the other day i was bored off my ass. my girl was working, friends were working, my quad needed a new chain and there was nothing on tv.

so i decided to detail the car. i started with a simple wash, dried with a shammy and pushed the car into the garage. i then started with meguiers (SP) cleaner was.

after that, o followed it up with Zymol car wax. i went in sections not to let the wax get to hard, and this is how it looks.

after that, i had a beer or two, maybe more, cant remember. i thengot back in the car and noticed how loose my e-brake handle was. well, it was driving me crazy. so i removed the cover and tightened the spring.

after that, i realized how nasty it was underneath, and i couldnt stand knowing that its there, so i took out the other center console and the seats.
i am severely obxessive compulsive, ask Tony, certain things irritate the shit outta me, to the point where i twitch.

and i used this stuff to disenfect everything.

after reassembling the interior, i had another beer. i then decided to snap some more pics of my newly cleaned car.

thanx for the reples guys. im ordering shocks and springs this week. hopefully tony can lend me a hand and ill post a bunch of pics when i do that too

it still pisses me off when i find lil blemishes here and thee on the car, but what can u expect of a car with 10 year old paint and being in ohio all its life

That paint is in damn good condition for being 10 years old.

I did the same thing with removing the seats and cleaning underneath. It is amazing how gross it is, but you never really see it. It also smells better afterwards. I take it you didn't steam clean it?
