Default angel eye wiring

No one ever answers where the wires for the halos on angel eyes go (the 2 red and 2 white). The directions say wire them to the positive and negative electrode of the parking lights...

White wire goes to ground, red wire goes to your turn signal (parking light) should be green.

So it's ok to tap into the parking lights, that won't blow anything? I got red and black wires, and black is always negative right?

In case anyone comes looking for answers... On my car (90 Civic LX) I matched the red wires (+) on the halos to the red wires of my parking lights (side markers), and the white wires of the halos (-) to the black wire of the parking lights. Thought that if I hooked them to the turn signals (as people have told me to do) that they would blink... and if you hook them up to the headlights you can't run them as 'daytime running lights' if you wanted to... As far as blowing anything... mine have been in for a week with no problems. And they're not hard to install at all... just time consuming.

Yeah... I know, it's gay. But the car has sentimental value... from a boy I'll probably never see again... but it makes the front of the car look a lot better...

Still new to the car scene... JDM? Got the angel eyes cause my old headlights collected condensation and they were on sale on NOPI.
