hi i have a 92 4dr honda accord, can the 4 black garnishes be painted? mine have gotten ugly over the years.. faded and finger print stains..the rubber strip is coming off the front ones on the edge that meets with the back doors..had to glue the rubber back on.. are they plastic? they are the trim pieces that meet where the doors meet at the window.. i havent seen a post on anyone painting them or repairing them. there is only so much armour all/black trim product or whatever shine product to go over them, they end up streaking and look worse..majestic honda wants 51.96 a pc for them. ill pass on replacing them.
