Where does this go?
As the title says, Does this go on the driver's side or passangers side?

this is JDM RHD and goes on the driver side. Top reads RH for Right Hand. The J means Japan and DR means driver. I think. Thats my guess.

Good Guess. Would it fit on the USDM driverside or would it have to be put on the pasanger side?
