i love how black wheels with a red lip look on red cars, so im considering painting my LS mesh wheels like this. i have found one pic so far...

I agree. They don't work with the teal, maybe on a black car.

I think the only color car that would work on is black.

 

Paint them, I would if I were you. They would look good on your car. But beware people are going to say it looks bad and painted factory wheels are teh :ghey: Like they did with these:

 

powder coat em like that.

 

I'm not a big fan of black and red rims but they would look decent on your red car. Red or black are the only two colors that i think can pull it off

 

i feel the same way. i feel bad bastardizing nice oem wheels though. maybe i'll buy a set of replicas off ebay and paint those

 

I was real close to buying the blue/white Sparco's.

 

some oem rims look nice when sprayed.. but if you can pull it off right. I think ls mesh rims look awesome sprayed black/red like you posted, along with hx rims and some other ones too. I would love to try that for my cousins black civic on ls mesh
