Default Dc2's on Springs (not coils)

sup yall, i was thinking LONG and hard about weather to get springs and shocks, or coils, and now have deicided that springs and shocks will be a hell of alot cheaper, and will be fine with me (im not looking to buy tein SSp or some exensive ass stuff). i am thinking about getting tein s-tech with kyb AGX and skunk 2 front camber (DIY rear camber) but i would LOVE to see pics first. i calculated that setup i listed and it came out to be exactly $604 shipped to my door.

please post pics of your springs (not coils please) and how low its at

TIA
ROB

Depending on what you plan on doing with the car, coil-overs may or may not be right for you.

If they are, you can get Omnipower coilovers near that price range.

yeah, for sure, but omni's i hear are gonna be too stiff for whatt i want. plus, on top of that i would need a camber kit as well with the omnis, making the price around $800 plus shipping (i caluclated $640 which is how much tein basics are, and $160 for the skunk 2 front camber kit.

ii just want a nice drop with a nice smooth ride, im not a street racer or autocross or anything that makes we want/need a stiff suspension.

how about going with hand r oe sports, half inch drop and just a tad stiffer than stock. the lower you go the harder the spring gets, it only makes sense.

AGX would be the way to go then. Any coil-over setup will be stiff. S-Tech's are rated to be very soft and a pretty low drop. Depending on how low you want to go, I'd suggest either H&R Sports, OE Sports, or Race.

nice job, thats what i am running right now, as we speak. Thats what i was gonna suggest, but i didnt think you wanted to replace the struts. Anyhow i bought mine new for that price about three years ago, just shows you how much prices have risen. If you need any help on the install, as far as instruction, ill try my best to talk you through it, just let me know.
