werd... cost of a HID now = $250 shipped
cost of 1 pair of bulbs = $40... thus, if ur bulbs keep blowing up every 2 months, u're gonna have to replace 6 pairs in one year, and the cost will be 6*$40 = $240 = cost of HIDs

I had the Phillips SIlverstar and the same thing happened. I went through 4 bulbs in three months. I just went back to stock lights.

I had Silverstars and they would go every 3 months like clockwork. I bought Wagner's Brite (which are more like stock) and it's been about a year now. I also tried PIAAs but the damn things didn't fit. I called the retailer and they said there are problems with the PIAAs fitting in the 98 Accords. They let me send it back and refunded my money (thanks, Options Auto). So for me it's either stock or HID's and I'm waiting for prices to get a little cheaper.
