wow such flames... anyways neons r fine I dont hate on them. I doubt the kits are made w/ holes specific to a car, so you gonna have to be creative. Zipties sound fine, get creative like I said. Make sure to protect your wires since you dont want water splashing on the contacts etc... good luck, post pics.
